Amman, Jordan – On May 17th, 2023, CRIF Jordan and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship signed an agreement to make the digital credit report available for Jordanian citizens through the "SANAD" app. This innovative service will allow Jordanian citizens to easily obtain their credit reports without the need to physically visit the company's headquarters, making it faster, more convenient, and accessible to citizens across all governorates in the Kingdom.

The new service is a collaborative effort between the public and private sectors, with the citizen's best interest at its core. It aims to provide ease of access to credit reports for citizens, especially those living outside of Amman, saving them time and effort needed to obtain their credit reports. It's essential for completing credit transactions with financial institutions or fulfilling specific requirements for various purposes, such as commercial credit transactions.

Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Engineer Ahmed Hanandeh, expressed his delight in launching this service, confirming that it contributes to the development of electronic services in Jordan and aligns with the government's vision to transform Jordan into a regional center for technology and innovation. This service is a new addition to the electronic services provided by the Jordanian government through the SANAD app, reflecting their commitment to providing vital services to citizens and improving the quality of life in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Ahmad Amoudi, the CEO of CRIF Jordan, stated that the launch of this service reflects the company's commitment to providing innovative and advanced services to Jordanian citizens, and to providing tools that facilitate access to credit services in support of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy. Since 2022, CRIF Jordan has been providing this service to bank customers through its electronic channels, receiving great acclaim from customers. The initiative to make the credit report available through the SANAD application is a collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship aimed at including a broader segment of Jordanian citizens to benefit from this service. Amoudi emphasized that CRIF Jordan is dedicated to providing modern technological solutions and automating its current services in collaboration with all concerned parties for the benefit of the Jordanian citizen.
