The Cities and Villages Development Bank and Credit Information Company - CRIF Jordan, have signed a Credit Inquiry Service Agreement. The General Manager of the bank, Osama Al-Azzam, signed it on behalf of the bank, while Ahmed Amoudi, the General Manager of "CRIF Jordan," signed it on behalf of their company.

Al-Azzam stated that the bank's management is aware of the importance of the services provided by the Credit Information Company, as it greatly benefits the bank's financial activities and facilitates service delivery. He emphasized its importance in better assessing credit risks and making decisions based on accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information. He expressed his pride in such partnerships for their positive impact on the bank's future operations by regulating risk levels and increasing business volume through simpler and more efficient procedures to meet financing needs in the local market, supporting the bank in achieving its desired mission.

Amoudi confirmed the importance of the Cities and Villages Development Bank joining - one of the first government entities to officially join the group of institutions benefiting from the Credit Inquiry Service - to facilitate the bank's work in providing the necessary financing to interested parties, especially in financing developmental, service, and investment projects. He mentioned that the inclusion of the Cities and Villages Development Bank will contribute to introducing new segments of borrowers whose credit transactions did not appear in any database in Jordan, thereby diversifying information sources and increasing credibility among decision-makers."
